What does a buyers agent do?
As a buyers agent, I represents the buyer in a real estate transaction.
I help you search and locate the perfect home that fits your needs. I save you time by make all the arrangements for showings. Once you decide on the perfect home for you, I will write up an "offer" and negotiate the best possible price. I know market conditions, and I can locate properties that are an excellent value. I do all the paperwork involved, and follow the Real Estate Purchase Contract to the end of the transaction. I can also get you set up with a lender as well.
Since the seller pays for the commission for the agents involved, it is a free service to you as a buyer. It is in your best interest to have a buyers agent representing you as you purchase a new home. The person selling the home has their listing agent, and you should have your buyers agent.
